We are pleased to present the community space at the Woodland by Cordia residential complex, a project in which we participated by providing comprehensive project management services. Based on the existing plans, we created a multifunctional, welcoming, and inspiring environment that offers people of all ages opportunities for relaxation, shared experiences, and meaningful activities. Whether it’s gatherings with friends, family events, or birthday celebrations, the various features come together to form a harmonious whole. Upon entering the communal space, visitors are greeted by a spacious dining area, the centerpiece of which is a dining table that seats ten people. The adjoining, well-equipped kitchen provides an ideal setting for shared meals and entertaining guests. In the same open space as the dining area is a comfortable lounge area, which offers a pleasant setting for watching movies together and casual conversations. We’ve also set up a separate play area for the little ones. At the back of the space, slightly set apart from the main communal areas, there is an area designed for video games. We’ve also created a game zone offering a variety of entertainment options, where a pool table, foosball table, darts, and a poker table await those looking to unwind.   Although construction of the Woodland by Cordia residential complex has not yet been fully completed, the completed community space has already become an active part of residents’ daily lives and has provided a venue for numerous shared experiences.   Photos: Viktória Tamási
