In September 2025, the model apartment we designed and built in the Woodland by Cordia residential park was handed over, which was commissioned by the investor specifically for advertising and promotional purposes. During the project, we had to create a compact yet livable home that would convey a strong visual message to prospective buyers. The apartment originally consisted of a single open space. One of the key elements of our design concept was to divide this space functionally while preserving its airiness. To this end, we separated the sleeping area from the living room-dining room-kitchen area with a built-in cabinet composition. This solution not only provides practical storage space, but also creates a subtle boundary between private and communal areas, creating a more intimate and livable environment for the residents. We chose a combination of beige and green for the apartment's color scheme. Beige provides a warm, calm base for the space, while green brings freshness and a natural feel to the interior, harmoniously matching the spirit of the Woodland by Cordia residential park. The overall effect is a modern, clean-lined yet friendly home that conveys exactly the feeling of life that a model apartment should represent.
